The Living Room restaurant and c/o the Maidstone in East Hampton are taking reservations for a wine weekend that will run from Friday, Feb. 25, through Feb. 27.
The weekend will begin with a five-course Taste of Long Island wine dinner, which will include five courses, all paired with wine, for $85. The dinner will start at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 25, and reservations have been recommended.
“Soil to Cellar,” a lecture series, will be presented on Feb. 26, beginning at 11 a.m., and will include two-course lunch, for $125. Representatives of East End vineyards including Macari, Paumanok, and Channing Daughters will speak on topics such as organic and biodynamic farming, single-estate wines, and wine collecting. The day will conclude with a 4 p.m. cocktail reception with wines from all the participating vineyards.
During the wine weekend, the Living Room restaurant at the inn will offer a three-course prix fixe menu, with dishes paired with Lenz wines. The cost of the meal will be $55.
Those who attend the Friday or Saturday wine weekend events will be offered a promotional rate on rooms.
Art and Dine
Also coming up at the Living Room is the next in a dinner series called Art and Dine, which features a two-course prix fixe meal attended by guest artists, writers, musicians, and other notables.
After a dinner on Tuesday, Bonnie Grice, a radio host, will talk with Jack Delashmet, a landscape designer, about his work. The event, which starts at 6:30 p.m., costs $36 per person plus tax and gratuity, and includes a glass of wine and cookies for dessert.

LT Burger in the Harbor can now be booked as a party venue, from sit-down dinners for 57 guests to cocktail receptions for more than 100, or for a birthday or other celebration for kids. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner options are available from $24 to $55 per person.
The cafe features a coffee and pastry station and a make-your-own shake bar, and the dining room includes a bar as well as flat-screen TVs that can be used for video presentations. The LT Burger chefs also offer off-premises catering.
