The weekend will begin with a five-course Taste of Long Island wine dinner, which will include five courses, all paired with wine, for $85. The dinner will start at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 25, and reservations have been recommended.

The day will conclude with a 4 p.m. cocktail reception with wines from all the participating vineyards.
During the wine weekend, the Living Room restaurant at the inn will offer a three-course prix fixe menu, with dishes paired with Lenz wines. The cost of the meal will be $55.
