Advance P.R. for Beaumarchais East Hampton has Corey Lane of its Meatpacking District N.Y.C. mothership and Jonathan Rapillo, formerly of Rocco's a la Playa in Sag Harbor, rolling out the seafood, roast chicken, and filet mignon in a rather large space just outside East Hampton Village with Michael Ramos in charge of clanging the pots and pans. Setting the East Hampton branch apart is Saturday and Sunday afternoon extended brunch and rosé-quaffing while D.J.s spin tunes. "Daylife," they are calling it.
