After 15 years at the restaurant overlooking Three Mile Harbor at the Harbor Marina, Chris Eggert and Kevin Boles, who also run Amagansett's very busy Indian Wells Tavern, took over what many remember as the Snowflake last year. It offers seafood in a simple, accessible location just east of East Hampton Village. Chowders, fried clams, fish, and shrimp, a raw bar, pasta, fish tacos, and sandwiches are served at the counter, with dining under shady umbrellas on the patio. There is a full bar and soft serve ice cream.
