The Crow's Nest

When Sean MacPherson, a well-known impresario of restaurants, hotels, and night spots, bought the venerable Crow’s Nest Inn and Restaurant two years ago, it immediately became a destination. To the east of downtown Montauk at the south end of Lake Montauk with few neighbors, the after-dark crowd enjoys the fun outside as well as in. The Crow's Nest opened on May 18, offering upscale as well as health-concious dishes like kale salad with fennel and vegetable curry with tofu.  Fare prices are fair, with the most expensive entree a ribeye steak at $44.
