The full-service cafe serves omelets and egg sandwiches all day. Freshly baked goods, homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, and wraps, burgers, and fries. It also has authentic grilled Mexican specialties. There are daily specials and homemade desserts. The company now has a branch in Westhampton Beach and a mobile unit for events elsewhere.
