Hamptons Players Club

The Hamptons Players Club has taken over the sprawling restaurant on the Montauk Highway  that was the Beachhouse last year, changed the decor, painted the ceiling sky blue, and given itself a polo and equestrian theme. It promises to be open by Memorial Day and is adding a Cicerone-certified beer garden out back. Frank Cilione is in charge and has brought Hector Diaz up from Florida as chef.
