Mary's Marvelous in Amagansett developed a following from day one. There are a few seats in the small, sweet shop, but most take out. Muffins, pastries, and scones are popular, as are breakfast egg dishes. For lunch, there are soups, and people love the panini and sandwiches. Daily specials. Coffee is taken seriously, with espresso and lattes. People say, "If it's from Mary's you know it's good." At press time Mary's Marvelous was getting ready to open in the former Bucket's Deli. With more space it is bound to offer more. We'll all check it out.
