A top-of-the-line kitchen inspires creations such as horseradish and gorgonzola-crusted New York strip and Asian chili, tamari-seared escolar, and wasabi pea and pepper Long Island duck. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with a children's menu. Grown-ups enjoy the colorful names the chef, Matthew Guiffrida, gives to his creations, like Not Yo Mama's Meatballs and the TV dinner, a veal meatloaf with grilled mushrooms and house-made ketchup.
