Arthur Wolf, Turtle Crossing's longtime chef and manager, is bringing the longtime popular barbecue restaurant  back to its roots, opening it on his own this year. You will find familiar favorites -- wood-smoked barbecued ribs, chicken, brisket, and pulled pork. Smokin' Wolf will also offer takeout and cater.
