Stony Brook University will hold an open house for filmmakers interested in its M.F.A. program in film on Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Stony Brook Manhattan campus at 387 Park Avenue South.
A joint venture of Killer Films, an independent production company, and the university, the three-year program is for writers, directors, and producers.
Christine Vachon and Pamela Koffler of Killer Films will be present, as will members of the program's faculty.
Those interested in the open house should register here. The film program is accepting applications for its fall 2016 semester. Applications and further information on the program are available at the program's website.
