The Rising Stars piano series at the Levitas Center for the Arts at Southampton Cultural Center will conclude its spring season Saturday at 7 p.m. with a concert by Keru Zhang.
Only 18 years old, Ms. Zhang has been studying piano for 14 years; she made her stage debut at the age of 5. She has performed at festivals in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Canada, Germany, Poland, France, Belgium, Holland, and the United States. She is currently enrolled in the pre-college division of the Juilliard School of Music, where she won the 2013 Bauchauer Scholarship competition.
The program will include Chopin’s Etude Op. 25, Nos. 6 and 11, Waltz No. 14 in E minor, and Ballade No. 4 in F minor, Op. 52; Mozart’s Rondo in D major, K. 485, and movements 1, 2, and 4 of Ravel’s Miroirs.
