Eiffel’s Back
    Marie Eiffel, a retailer of fine women’s and men’s clothing in Sag Harbor and on Shelter Island, has sent word that the winter hiatus has ended, and both stores will be open beginning this weekend.

A Princely Exclusive
    Prince of Scots, at 700 Montauk Highway in Water Mill, will host Gail Toma, a South Fork artist, on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Ms. Toma will show her watercolors, scarves, apparel, and furniture, and will offer personal consultations on style. She is available for commission work as well.
    The boutique will also preview its Pull-In swimwear and underwear. The collection, which recently arrived from Paris, is exclusive and not available elsewhere in the U.S., according to Tim Danser of Prince of Scots.

All About Mortgages
    Tomorrow morning from 8:30 to 10, Agawam Town and Village Realty at 55 Hill Street in Southampton will offer an informational session about residential mortgages for first-time buyers, agents, and real estate investors.
