Cancellations, Delays, and Closures for Friday, Feb. 10

South Fork residents will be digging out from the snowstorm on Friday. Coupled with icy roads from low temperatures and windy conditions overnight, schools canceled classes. Some businesses and organizations will be closed on Friday, as well. The following list of closures and delays will be updated throughout the day. Here's what we know so far:  

Government Related

East Hampton Town's snow emergency remains in effect until 5 p.m. Town offices are open.

• On Friday morning, Southampton Town announced that Town Hall and other town offices would be closed.

Closed Today

Guild Hall, East Hampton 

Parrish Art Museum, Water Mill, is closed and its screening tonight of "Underwater Dreams" has been postponed until Saturday at 1 p.m.


• The East Hampton Middle School's Mad Heart Ball has been cancelled. 

• The Bridgehampton Killer Bees' basketball game, which had been scheduled for Friday, has been postponed until Saturday at 1 p.m.
