Rainy Weather Didn't Dampen Pet Celebration Day at ARF Hamptons

The Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons annual Pet Celebration Day was held on a rainy Saturday at the ARF Adoption Center in Wainscott. In addition to looking for homes for its dogs and cats, ARF welcomed back pets that had been adopted for treats, contests, and even an Ask the Vet session (sure, that last part was more for the owners). Scott Howe, ARF's new director, greeted guests, and free coffee and Dreesen's donuts were served. Three new board members, Dale Ellen Leff, Summer Louchheim, and Richard Liberman were formally welcomed to the board during a brief annual meeting that followed.
