Services have been finalized for David M. King, a former chief and longtime member of the Springs Fire Department and an owner of C.E. King and Sons, an awning and marine canvas company in Springs. Mr. King died on Saturday morning at Weill Cornell Medical Center in Manhattan. He was 62 and had adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Yardley and Pino Funeral Home in East Hampton, with a fireman's service starting at 7. A reception will follow at the Springs Firehouse. Burial will be private, according to Ken Yardley, the funeral director.
