A Kola Drive, Sag Harbor, resident for more than 20 years, Peggy Ann Bovee died at Southampton Hospital on Saturday of an infection-related heart attack, her family said. She was 67.
Mrs. Bovee, a homemaker, was born in Southampton on Feb. 25, 1944, to Hubert Topping and Lucille L. Maynard, who survives her daughter. Her husband, Robert Bovee, also survives, as do her children: Lorraine Torres of Sag Harbor, Tina Ules of Rochester, Christine Ules of Utica, N.Y., Michelle Dorsino of Marcy, N.Y., Michael Ules of Utica, N.Y., Ronnie Ules of Sag Harbor, Ismael Santiago of Greenwich, Conn., and Lisa Santiago of New Hampshire.
Mrs. Bovee leaves a sister, Frances Wheeler of Sag Harbor, 13 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 5 nieces and nephews, and several half sisters and a half brother.
A service was held on Tuesday at the Yardley and Pino Funeral Home in Sag Harbor, with burial following at St. Andrew’s Cemetery. The family has suggested memorial donations to the Sag Harbor Volunteer Ambulance Corps, P.O. Box 2725, Sag Harbor 11963.
