Chili and Coffee Rubbed Ribeye

Ribeye steak of any size

1 lb. butter

4 Tbsp. guajillo chilis

3 Tbsp. wet coffee grinds

1 tsp. salt

4 Tbsp. chopped parsely

 

Bring butter to room temperature. To 1 pound of room-temperature butter, add 4 tablespoons of guajillo chilis, wet coffee grinds, and salt. Mix together, and then add chopped parsley. 

Cook the ribeye to rare. Put the compound butter on it and then place it under the broiler until a slight crust forms on steak.

Serve medium rare.
