3 cups washed fresh blackberries
6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter, softened
2/3 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 30 minutes.
Heat oven (or toaster oven) to 375 degrees. Lightly butter an 8-inch-square baking dish. Place the berries in it.
Put all the other ingredients in a bowl and combine them, using fingers or a fork, until the crumble mix is uniform. Distribute it over the berries. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove and let cool. Serve accompanied with whipped cream, pouring cream, or ice cream.
