Bonac Girls Track Results

Alyssa Bahel was the small schools division’s third-place finisher in the Jim Howard Memorial Invitational’s 3,000-meter race at Suffolk Community College-Brentwood Sunday.

Bahel’s East Hampton High School teammate Dana Cebulski placed fourth in her 1,500-meter debut, also in the small schools division, and another Bonacker, Allura Leggard, placed 10th in the 55 and 11th in the 300 among the small schools competitors.

Bahel’s time of 11 minutes and 37.42 seconds in the 3,000 was a personal best, as was Nina Piacentine’s 8:54.33 in the 1,500-meter racewalk. Piacentine, in lowering an East Hampton indoor mark she’d set the week before, placed 14th. Leggard’s 46.50 in the 300 was a personal best, as well. Cebulski, running in the 300 for the first time, did it in 46.82.

Gabbie McKay’s personal-best 8.10 in the 55 earned her 11th place in that event.
