Bridgehampton will celebrate its rich racing tradition with the first of what is hoped to be many Bridgehampton Cars and Coffee events, slated for Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the grounds of the Bridgehampton Museum. More than 100 classic, vintage, exotic, and specialty cars are expected, and  there will be food and drinks available and live entertainment.

One day earlier, there will be an invitation-only exhibition, “The Bridge,” at the site of the former Bridgehampton Race Circuit.

Notable cars at last year’s private event included a 1956 Jaguar D-Type, 1961 Jaguar E Type Low Drag Coupe, 1954 Ferrari 250 GT Lightweight Berlinetta Competizione, and Chrysler 1970 Francorchamps Group 1 Hemicuda.
