Dr. William F.X. Flynn of Amagansett, 77, a head and neck surgeon who moved to Amagansett full time upon his retirement in 1997, died at home after a brief illness on Dec. 9.

William J. Reese, who at one time ran a Bridgehampton architecture firm, died of cancer on Nov. 30 at home in La Jolla, Calif. He was 68.

Alice M. McDonald, who started Bermuda Party Rentals and ran it until her 82nd birthday this past July, died of colon cancer on Friday at home on Old Northwest Road in East Hampton.

Felicia M. Hogan died on Dec. 4 at the Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Southampton after an illness. She was 75.

Mrs. Crowley was 101 years old when she died at Southampton Hospital on Sunday surrounded by family and friends.

Phoebe McDonough, a former librarian at the East Hampton Library, died on Saturday at home on Buell Lane in East Hampton. She was 92.
