Last weekend offered a variety of events, from big-name outside organizations to those near and dear, like Southampton Hospital, the East Hampton Historical Society, the Amagansett Historical Association, the Peconic Land Trust, and others.
As the East Hampton Ladies Village Improvement Society celebrated 120 years of service to the community, its popular fair on Saturday went off without a hitch.
When the doors opened at 10 a.m., people rushed to their favorite booths, kids for the games, rides, and the carousel, adults for the flowers or vintage clothing, perhaps the food or the furniture.
