The Y.M.C.A. East Hampton RECenter’s summer camp scholarship fund will be the beneficiary of a “change drive” at Sam’s Beverage Place on Race Lane through June 30. In-store and delivery customers will have the option to have their purchases rounded up to the nearest dollar, with the change going to the Y’s programs for kids age 4 through 16 whose parents may need a little help paying for camp. Customers can donate more if they wish, of course.

Glenn Vickers, the Y.M.C.A. East Hampton director, thanked Sam Iden, for whom the shop is named, and noted that Mr. Iden had been a past volunteer of the year at the Y.

Sam’s Beverage is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday until 5.
