The crew that ran the popular restaurant in the Westlake Marina just up the road moved this spring to the iconic Salivar's space amid Montauk's charter and day-boat fleet. They are prepaing much the same fare as before with a new view. There are inside and outside bars and dining rooms and a roof deck with a great perspective of the harbor. Diners will find plenty of interesting sushi options to choose from. Some of the other items on the menu recently include fluke with vegetable curry, soft-shelled crab with spicy Asian slaw, seared scallops with bacon, seared yellowfin tuna with black rice, roasted peppers, and tomatillo relish, and swordfish with beet purée, Israeli cous cous, and charred cauliflower.
