Cowfish is the new waterfront restaurant where Indian Cove held forth. As the title might suggest, it serves everything from beef to fish, but David Hersch, who took over Indian Cove's lease, is following the "islands cuisine" of his Rumba restaurant in that hamlet. The menu is eclectic enough to offer sushi.
