Jeff Resnick, Tora Matsuoka, and Jesse Matsuoka opened the Cuddy last year. They surprised Sag Harbor by thoroughly renovating the space and launching a new "gastropub." The look is rustic and the goal is "refined" comfort food. The menu includes seared scallops with bacon, jam, and corn fritters. Pub grub offers a fish dog with peas and jalapeno sauce. On Tuesdays, there's a T-bone special for $35.
