Harbor Bistro offers a view of a marina where sailboats tie up and the breeze off Three Mile Harbor are some of the amenities that attract a regular crowd, but it's the cuisine of Damien O’Donnell, the chef and co-owner, that is the real draw. Mr. O'Donnell, who has cooked at the James Beard House in Manhattan, has an inventive flair that results in such dishes as yellow fin tuna tostadas and tandoori spiced local fluke.
Open at 5 p.m., Thursday through Sunday in the shoulder seasons, seven days June 15 through Labor Day. Happy hour at the bar is from 5 to 7 p.m. daily with $6 drink specials and $8 appetizers, and there's a $29 prix fixe nightly from 5 to 6 and all night at the bar. Sangria Sundays feature with $5 sangrias and B.B.C.s, the classic Bailey's, Banana and Colada concoction with a rum floater,  and live music from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
