Harbor Raw Bar and Lounge's focus is on small plates and drinks. Pierre Rougey, formerly of Barrique Wine Bar in Babylon, runs the kitchen. The menu features local selections, such as East Coast oysters and Montauk fluke. For late night munchies, comfort foods with a twist will be served, like lobster grilled cheese and short rib sliders. Live music and a D.J. will be provided on weekend nights.
