Mirko's is a hidden and intimate restaurant that has been earning rave reviews from its regulars for 30 years. Mirko Zagar, the chef, and his wife, Eileen, brought Eastern European cooking to the Hamptons and continued to innovate. Newcomers might try the standby Croatian stuffed cabbage appetizer, while the roast duck entree comes with a wild rice griddle cake.
