Matthew Guiffrida's venture on Sag Harbor's main drag has all the basics splashed with inventive preparations including Wasabi Au Poivre Long Island duck, lobster and crab potato flapjacks, "world-famous" summer sausage, roasted red-pepper home fries, and at brunch, French toast stuffed with peanut butter mousse. Menu descriptions are sometimes way out, as in "brutally" whipped cream and a "torched" marshmallow.
