Wraps, salads, sandwiches, ice cream, and ice-cold drinks can be had at this poolside cafe in the Atlantic Terrace motel overlooking the ocean at the east end of the beach in downtown Montauk. You can get a pretty good facsimile of a Philly cheese steak, without much doubt the last one you are going to find before Portugal. And you can walk in right off the beach for a quick bite.
