The Coast

Japanese-influenced cooking, especially among the appetizers, is the first thing you notice about the menu. Entrees include surf and turf, beer-braised short ribs, and pan-roasted fluke with black sticky rice. There are sashimi, sushi, and a selection of rolls. The Coast is tucked just off the highway in downtown Montauk and has a menu for the kids.
