Now beginning its third year, the East Hampton Grill, part of the Hillstone Group’s upscale chain of restaurants, has won accolades. It concentrates on classics, from cheeseburgers to prime filet mignon, along with local seafood, and describes preparation as executed with crafted awareness. The bar scene is convivial (as it was when the place was Della Femina’s) and the sleek wood-paneled interior displays artwork.
