In an old Sag Harbor building, this bright restaurant has outdoor dining on the street in season and a year-round back room for “a little more privacy.” Chef Humberto Guallpa stresses locally sourced seafood, produce, and dairy (but ranges as far as the Hudson Valley for duck). Dishes include Sag Harbor clam chowder, Montauk fluke, Asian steamed buns, and quinoa pasta. Sandwiches, burgers, grilled tuna, and a lobster roll for lunch.
