In an old Sag Harbor building, this bright restaurant has outdoor dining on the street in season and a year-round back room for “a little more privacy.” New chef Craig Attwood, formerly of Jedediah on the North Fork and Judson Grill in Manhattan stresses locally sourced seafood and produce. Dishes include line caught Montauk tilefish, coriander crusted ahi tuna, waygu flatiron steak frites and lobster saffron cavatelli.
