Pierre Weber has been serving up all things French for 14 years and has a loyal following. The restaurant's small, adjacent market features patisserie made in-house and is open 7 a.m.-7 p.m. every day. Pierre's changes its long and very French menu seasonally. Fricassee de homard du Maine, flambee au Cognac with pommes frites and Poulet de ferme organic roti, jus a la sauge with ratatouille are currently on the menu. The ambience is sophisticated, the noise level moderate, and the wine list extensive. Pierre's has live music from 6:30-9:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, except in July and August.
