Almost everything at Villa is made right there, from the pasta down to the sauce. It sells fresh mozzarella, sausage, and every hero and focaccia sandwich is made to order. There are unusual salads, various sausages, and prepared dishes like stuffed shells, chicken marsala, and eggplant Parmesan, which you might like to stock in your freezer. When the Villa first came to town, under Saverio Naclerio, those who loved Italian specialties of couldn't believe their good luck, and it's now an East Hampton institution. Catering is available, and there is a hidden patio with tables out back.
