At the Cove
Baron's Cove in Sag Harbor has a new dinner menu. The appetizers include crispy artichokes with lemon and caper aioli for $18, and tuna tartare with ponzu sauce, radishes, and avocado for $24. The entrees feature seared scallops with lobster sauce and braised fennel for $42, lobster roll with French fries for $38, grilled swordfish with cannellini beans, chiles, and kale for $40, and an eight-ounce filet mignon with grilled asparagus, and black garlic jus for $49. 

Sublime at Sportime
Simply Sublime in East Hampton has opened a summer pop-up at the Sportime tennis complex in Amagansett. It is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Ruschmeyer's Menu
Ruschmeyer's in Montauk is open for dinner with a new menu. The entrees include warm lobster roll for $36, lamb chops with oyster mushrooms for $48, salmon a la plancha with roasted vegetables, tzatziki, and lemon for $32, and a 21-day aged, 42-ounce Angus Tomahawk steak for $110. A selection of pizzas is also available. A prosciutto and arugula pizza for one is $20, and a 36-inch one for sharing is $50. The restaurant is currently operating from 5 to 10 Tuesday through Sunday, and plans to offer brunch and lunch in the near future.
