The outline that can be downloaded below will be used by a member of The Star's editorial staff to write your wedding story. Please give us the information we need to make yours unique. Some will prefer to emphasize educational or career accomplishments, other the ceremony itself. Return the form as soon a possible. The announcement should appear in The Star the first Thursday following the event. We will not carry the story after six Thursdays have passed. Photographs can be mailed, brought by our office, or sent by e-mail at 300 dpi to [email protected].

The East Hampton Star carries — without charge — obituaries for residents of its coverage area. Information provided on this form, together with written material from the family, will provide the basis for a free obituary to be written by a member of our staff. A phone number of the person to call to answer questions should be included.
