Organic Krush in Amagansett will offer a $25 lobster roll on a gluten-free bun with a side salad Saturdays and Sundays through Labor Day.

Wolffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack has new wine tasting experiences. A one-hour walking tour of the vineyard plus a tasting for parties of two to 10 is $60 per person. A seated tasting under a pergola for parties of four to 10 is $250 per person. The latter includes a glass of sparkling rose upon arrival, a tasting flight with a sommelier at a private table, and small bites. Reservations can be made through Tock at exploretock.com.

Old Stove Pub will have drink specials plus music and dancing on Saturdays starting at 10 p.m. Reservations have been recommended.

Self Provisions, a storefront attached to Cavaniola’s Gourmet Cheese in Sag Harbor, is “always open,” as is proclaimed by an illuminated sign on the wall at the entrance. Two large, brightly lit vending machines dominate the space, with offerings ranging from sea salt crackers and slabs of French butter to jars of caviar and curated gift boxes — and, of course, cheese.
