You've Been Served
Probably more dish than dishes will result from "Serving the Hamptons," which follows the staff of 75 Main in Southampton Village as they work and frolic on the South Fork during the high season. Five episodes will begin streaming on April 7 on Discovery+.

The series turns the camera on Zach Erdem, the restaurant's owner, and the servers, bartenders, manager, D.J., and chef who take the village institution from breakfast service through late-night cocktail-driven revelry and beyond. A rented beach property serves as staff housing, with just a few house rules: be on time, no drinking at work, and no dating among staff.

Regular watchers of reality television won't blink when, as the press release promises, "rules will be broken, personalities will clash, secrets will be revealed, a shocking love triangle will unfold, and true romance may just get in the way."

Wine and Dine
Those finding themselves thirsty and hungry on the North Fork tonight can try the McCall Wines dinner at the North Fork Table and Inn. The restaurant will serve a three-course chef's tasting menu with amuse bouche and wine pairings for $140 with tax and tip included. Menu items will include duck, bay scallops, and "four hour" apple with caramel and vanilla ice cream. A rose of pinot noir, sauvignon blanc or chardonnay, and a brandy-incorporated pinot noir will be among the wines poured.

The restaurant is in Southold, and reservations can be made through its website. McCall Wines is located in Cutchogue. Its tasting room plans to reopen on April 1, but the winery is accepting online orders.

A Fine Fierro's
Fierro's recently reopened with a new look. With the help of family members and friends, the East Hampton pizzeria's owners, Emma Beudert, Joe Kastrati, and Steve Hickey, completed the renovations themselves with new paint, new art, and new counter seating along the windows.
