Winslow and Walker Are Wed

Leland E. Winslow and Chelsea C. Walker were married on Sept. 22, the anniversary of their first date, at East Wind in Wading River.

The couple got engaged on the beach at sunset a year ago, on Oct 3.

The bride was raised in Springs, the groom in Amagansett. He is the son of Marjorie and Leland W. Winslow of Amagansett. Her parents are Diana Vaccaro and Todd Walker, both of Sag Harbor.

The bride and groom each graduated from East Hampton High School. He went on to earn a degree in chemistry and chemical engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y. He is the owner of L.W. Winslow Painting. The bride studied audio engineering and jazz commercial music at Five Towns College in Dix Hills. She is a legislative secretary for the Town of East Hampton.

She is a passionate singer and he is an avid outdoorsman. They love traveling together and checking things off their bucket list.

Patricia Lumley officiated at their wedding. The bride wore a Galina Signature dress and carried a bouquet of pale ivory and amnesia roses, brown lisianthus, blush astilbe, blue thistle, and eucalyptus.

The couple live in East Hampton.
