Carissa’s Thanksgiving

Carissa’s Bakery in East Hampton is accepting orders until Nov. 24 from its Thanksgiving menu, which includes pies and other sweets, breads, soups, and side dishes. A pear and cranberry meringue pie is $50, and the other pies — ginger caramel rye apple, apple-cider cheesecake, and pumpkin and squash are $40. A quart of creamy mushroom soup (made without dairy), or ginger squash soup is $24. Stuffing, either vegetarian or with pork, is $20, and a butternut squash gratin is $45. Orders must be paid in advance and picked up at the bakery’s Pantigo Road branch on either Wednesday, Nov. 27, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., or on Thursday, Nov. 28, between 9 a.m. and noon. Dine, Drink and Draw

Townline BBQ in Sagaponack is teaming up with Guild Hall for a series of drawing workshops with Bri Ashe, a local artist, starting next Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. The restaurant will offer happy hour prices on food and drink, and provide art supplies, including napkins, coasters, and receipts on which participants can draw. The cost is $10. Tickets can be purchased on Guild Hall’s website. Future workshops will be held on the third Thursday of each month through May 21.

Wine Class

Park Place Wines and Liquors in East Hampton will hold a class on wines to serve with Thanksgiving dishes, both sweet and savory, next Thursday at 5:30 p.m. The cost is $10. Registration is by calling the store.

Bistro Été Specials

Bistro Été in Water Mill is offering a two-course prix fixe dinner menu for $30 until 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. The entrees include duck leg confit and zucchini spaghetti. Also on Wednesdays, the restaurant has a burger and beer special for $24. On Fridays, an order of foie gras comes with a complimentary glass of wine.

Prix Fixe at Claude’s

Claude’s at the Southampton Inn has a three-course prix fixe dinner special for $32 from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. The entrees include rigatoni Bolognese, fettuccini alfredo, and shrimp capellini.
