A New Carissa’s

Carissa’s Bakery on Newtown Lane in East Hampton Village has opened a sister store at 221 Pantigo Road, also in East Hampton, that includes a bake shop and an adjacent cafe. The new spot will offer the same selection of breads, pastries, cakes, pies, soups, and sandwiches as the one in the village. Both are open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with breakfast service offered in the Pantigo Road cafe and lunch and dinner service to follow soon.

Farm Dinner

Amber Waves Farm will hold the first of four chefs dinners prepared by Jack Formica and Allan Wyse at 7 p.m. on Sunday. Guests will be given a tour of the fields prior to being served a multi-course meal at a common table. The dishes will be paired with wine from a local vineyard. The cost is $225 per person. Tickets are available on the farm’s website. Dinners will also be held on July 21, Aug. 4, and Aug. 11.

Fish Farm Specials

The Fish Farm, a seafood market and restaurant at the aquaculture facility at 429 Cranberry Hole Road in Amagansett, offers daily specials including a $46 platter for two of lobster salad, grilled scallops, steamed shrimp, sweet potato fries, corn salad, asparagus, marinated tomatoes, mixed greens, and melon slices. The restaurant’s to-go options include a mix of clams, mussels, lobster, and baby potatoes packed in a pot, and either prepared in advance or ready to be cooked at home or at a bonfire at the beach. The cost is $48. Orders for the clambake must be placed in advance by calling the market.

Morty’s Menu

Morty’s Oyster Stand, which opened recently at the site of the former Cyril’s on the Napeague stretch, is offering a variety of fresh oysters (including Wellfleet, Nauti Pilgrim, Moonstone, and Pemaquid), plus littleneck clams, and shrimp cocktail. The entrees include lobster rolls, grilled squid with zucchini, macadamia pesto, and pineapple serrano vinegar, as well as hanger steak, and fried chicken. The chef is Sam Talbot, a past contestant on “Top Chef” and the founding chef of the Surf Lodge.

Rosé and Croquet

Claude’s Restaurant at the Southampton Inn will offer a tasting of Foley Family Wines rosé from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday on the hotel’s croquet lawn. Provence Rosé Group wine will be offered at the same hours on July 21, and Gin Lane 1751 rosé on July 28.
