An Evening for CTREE

Mon, 08/19/2019 - 15:10

The Center for Therapeutic Riding of the East End, which offers riding opportunities to children and adults with cognitive, physical, or emotional disabilities, will begin its 10th anniversary celebration at the Sebonack Golf Club in Southampton Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. Horses Changing Lives will be an evening of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres with a 1970s theme.

There will be silent and live auctions featuring Roman Roth, the Wolffer winemaker, as auctioneer, to raise money for the center, which is based at the Wolffer Estate Stables in Sagaponack. Among the auction items is an authentic Hermès Kelly bag, which retails for $12,200. Limited raffle tickets are available at $100 each. Admission is $300, and tickets for the raffle and entry are available at ctreeny.org or by calling 631-779-2835.
