Culinary Conversations

Florence Fabricant, a food and wine writer for The New York Times, will interview Alex Guarnaschelli, a Food Network star and the executive chef at the Manhattan restaurant Butter, on Sunday at 11 a.m. at Guild Hall. Katie Lee, a Food Network host, will sit down with Ms. Fabricant on Aug. 18 at 11 a.m.

A complimentary continental breakfast will be served before each talk, and book signings will follow. The charge is $25 for each event; tickets are available on Guild Hall’s website.

Inn’s New Menu

The Bridgehampton Inn has a new dinner menu for August, featuring entrees such as grilled shrimp and scallops with succotash and cilantro aioli for $39, a half-rack of ribs with Asian barbecue sauce, plus kimchi macaroni salad, for $39, and grilled filet mignon with purple potato salad for $48.
