The Wellness Foundation of East Hampton's next Wellness Challenge 360 program will kick off next Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Hampton Library in Bridgehampton.

The organization said in an announcement that "WC 360 takes a more holistic approach to health so that you can experience more balance in your life." The foundation promotes a "whole foods plant-based diet" and recommends eliminating added oils, sugars, and salt.

The Wellness Challenge includes seven weekly sessions with Casey McGowin, a nurse practitioner who will be the program's facilitator. Participants will also be given a two-week meal plan with recipes as well as a "Wellness Challenge 360 Guidebook" and other tools.

Those who are interested can visit the Wellness Foundation website at wfeh.org, or can contact the group by phone at 631-329-2590 or by email to [email protected].

"For over a decade, our Wellness Challenge program has been changing lives and transforming the health of people across the East End," the organization says on its website.
