The next guest in the Springs Historical Society’s Meet the Author series is Dava Sobel, a Pulitzer Prize finalist and the author of “Galileo’s Daughter.”

She taught high school English and Literature for several years before discovering her true calling as a writer of children’s and young adult books.

With this dramatic policy change, local school officials and religious leaders are banding together in a call to protect the immigrant community.
