At the Cell

“Muse of Blues,” a collaborative performance featuring Eva Salzman, a poet based in London, and the Irish singer-composer Christine Tobin, will take place at the Cell in Manhattan tomorrow at 8 p.m. The evening will include “a mix of words, notes, poetry, lines, musings,” and more, according to a release. Accompaniment will be provided by Phil Robson on guitar and Marc Lewandowski on bass.

Ms. Salzman’s father, Eric Salzman, who died last year, was an internationally known composer and music critic who, in addition to his work for The New York Times and the New York Herald Tribune, reviewed Choral Society of the Hamptons concerts for The Star from 2012 to 2016.
