The Montauk Library will present “History of the 1950s and ’60s Through Popular Songs,” a free performance by Marc Black, a blues guitarist, on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

A New York Blues Hall of Fame inductee, Mr. Black has performed and recorded with Art Garfunkel, Taj Mahal, Richie Havens, Rick Danko, and Pete Seeger, among others. Wednesday’s program will include performance, a slide show, a sing-along, and a rendition of “Happy,” a 1967 hit from his own band, the Blades of Grass, which was active in the late ’60s.
