One of the 40

Aleksandra Kisielewicz, the founder and president of the Hamptons Employment Agency, which has offices in Southampton and Manhattan, received a 40 Under 40 Award from Long Island Business News.

The awards were presented last Thursday to 40 business leaders who are 40 or younger in recognition of their business achievements, mentoring initiatives to further their industry, and their work in the community.

Ms. Kisielewicz founded the Hamptons Employment Agency, a domestic staffing firm, in Southampton and last year opened an office in Manhattan, as well. The agency places housekeepers, nannies, butlers, estate managers, private chefs, chauffeurs, security guards, and other domestic staff in the tristate region and elsewhere.

Get in Shape

Maik’s German Body Engineering, a fitness and wellness program created by Maik Wiedenbach, a New York City personal trainer, will be launched on Saturday at the Sag Harbor Gym. Through group classes on Saturdays and Thursdays, personalized workout and diet plans and round-the-clock email support, the program aims to get “clients looking better than ever before,” according to a release.

Anke Albert, a local trainer and “physique architect,” will teach the 12-week Sag Harbor program along with Mr. Wiedenbach, offering group classes on Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $299, and the first five people to sign up will get a copy of Mr. Wiedenbach’s book, “101 Fitness Myths.” Participants will get a one-on-one session with a trainer and can also take part in a fitness competition with one another. The one who shows the greatest physical transformation by May 3 will win a photo shoot with a fitness photographer, as well as various supplements and fitness products.

Registration is at maiksgbe.com or by email to [email protected].
